Nicole started her nursing career in 2002 after graduating from Dallas County Community College with her Associate Degree in Nursing and later pursued and earned a Bachelor Degree in nursing from University of Texas at Arlington in 2006. As a nurse, she's worked in the neonatal ICU at Baylor University Medical Center for 14 years before deciding to pursue her dream as a nurse practitioner. She succeeded and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015 with a Master of Science in Nursing and was later certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Before becoming a part of the team at Dallas Orthopedic and Shoulder Institute, she worked in a family practice setting where she enjoyed spending time taking great care of her patients. She has been married to her husband Matt for the past 12 years and they have 2 children, Natalie and Lanie; and 2 dogs, Lilly and Sadie. They have lived in Forney for the past 14 years and love the community. Nicole enjoys watching her girls play sports, reading, shopping, and coffee!
